This is a more in depth look at the mount position and the way that I do the Cross Collar Choke. You will find that this submission is working at the highest levels of competition and if you're not using it while training and competing it might be worth revisiting it.
I do this submission a little different than some black belts. Points to look for are the way that I drive the elbow into the chest (not lift with the bicep) and the emphasis on which part of my wrist that I use.
