Submission: Clock Choke 2

This is the second of four techniques that I will be teaching in a Clock Choke attacking series.

This is a much more realistic setup that is extremely high percentage.  It is a struggle to get the hands onto the collar at any belt level, but if you can take the back it is much more viable.

Keep in mind that these grips can be fairly loose.  Make sure to reference the video to understand the wrist orientation and how it is more important than the grip depth.

When you do belly down make sure that you belly down over the head and not the shoulders.  The first video in this series shows the pathway and ending placement of your belly on the back of the head, in this video it reinforces that placement and it should be MUCH easier to obtain that angle because of the escape that your partner/opponent is doing combined with your ability to choose how you belly down.
